My fitness routine show that the little way to gain muscle was to eat every 2-3 hours. I cut dairy and meat and basically follow very low carb, protein diet. After reading studies and doing a research on net I found out that it was false and have some true words. Some of them really know the stuff but I believe that everyone should do a little research beforehand. What do you thing guys?
