It's not that exciting. Only 4 people in the open weight category, so I only had to win 2 matches. The first opponent was a noob, at least I think he was. I pushed him into the floor a lot.

The second one was against a chen style instructor in his late 50s. I didn't pull off anything fancy, I just shoved him out of the area a few times whilst he tried to pull off real techniques but found I was too heavy.

I don't think it's fair to my opponents to put video up in public of me beating them, because they don't get a chance to give their consent. Plus, there are several moments where my t-shirt rides up and from that angle, with that particular camera it creates the illusion that I'm a bit fat.

But really, Cullion did much better this year than last time he went for it, he’s been training really hard and its really showing in both the improved level of skill and how much fitter he is now.

On Saturday I beat up a 77 year old man in a stickfighting tournament, and knocked him down with a push kick.
