    Hell yeah! Hell no!

    calling all kickboxers, karateka, ...

I just started training kickboxing and the transition from boxing is showing to be a bit more difficult than I expected ,
I need a list of good video tutorials on kickboxing, any help ( tips, suggestions, anything) is welcomed!

Also any special exercise you found to be helpful for leg kicks and leg flexibility?

It's expected for it to be difficult to transition from boxing to kickboxing since the stances and what not are very different, so nothing for you to really worry about. For flexibility, dynamic stretching would probably be your best option. There are lots of books and videos on Youtube regarding leg flexibility. Also, speak to your coach about these things if you already haven't.

A mate of mine who I used to do kickboxing with (he still does it, I don't), uses kwonkicker's vids on youtube to help him with his training.

I found bag work was the best for getting kicks down and getting flexible - naturally doing the kicks on bag keeps me doing 'em high and hard (though I do start slow and low, 100 fronts, 100 rounds, gradually going harder and higher, then backs, spins etc). And your instructor and classmates should teach you leg kicks, sweeps and such, if not, go to a better school.

Keep the muscles relaxed, especially while kicking.
