Looks like we got a lawyer here so what your saying is **** freedom of speech If I say I would like to punch someone in the face even if I don't intend to actually do it just caus I say I want to Im threatening, well maybe in a round about way you could argue that but NOT TECHNICALLY BY LAW!

If you tell someone you will or would do any form of physical violence to them you have communicated a threat and have legally ASSAULTED the person. That is NOT protected speech you idiot! If you actually strike them its assaulted with BATTERY. Please educate yourself before posting again.
