    Southern Shaolin Kung Fu

In my search for a martial arts school I found this site http://www.namyang.co.uk/, it says that they teach Southern Shaoling Kung fu, a combination of tiger and white crane kung fu. They also teach Sanshou/Sanda. I was wondering, since I am quite new in chinese martial arts, how do you describe this style (tiger-white crane) and do you think that this school is any good?

The qigong (and the need for "oaths" to learn the hard qigong) is a little wacky for my tastes, but try their kickboxing and see what you think. It's always interesting to see if the people in the sanshou class are the same ones in the tiger-crane class. If not, just do the former.

The oaths will just refer to bai shi. Yes, that school has produced plenty of San Shou competitors.

Yup, they are one of the most consistent schools in the UK right now for San Shou.
