    Forteza Fitness/WMA school featured in Chicago Tribune (article and video)

    I don't believe that all publicity is good publicity, and I'd rank this article and video as middling quality. That said, it's a positive mainstream look at some of the WMA activities being offered at the Forteza Fitness and Martial Arts facility in Chicago.

    I think that was a pretty good article, and so-so video. Really though for unpaid advertising that was a complete win-win. Congrats!

    It would be better if the article didn't have so many errors about other forms of fitness training. Apparently, power lifting only builds the arms - who knew?

    Yep - it's riddled with misquotations and statements taken just slightly out of context. I'm 99% sure that Devon Boorman, to whom that quote is attributed, didn't actually say that power-lifting only develops the arms. It's the snakes-and-ladders of mainstream media exposure, though; you're entirely at the mercy of what a reporter thinks you meant.
