    Badass TKD sparring (no sarcasm)

So I was in the internetz checking about a fighter from y country and found this videos of TKD sparring under MMA rules, with lowkicks and headpunches

As you can see In my opinion thas quite good...
funny my cousin has a challenge fight vs a TKD champion but chances are slim he trains like that

What's your opinion about this? Do you think more schools will start training like this?

well its "good" for tkd i guess, but thats in a relative sense. compared to basically any other non **** striking art it was pretty scrubby. that dude had no fucking idea what to do vs a leg kick and they both had horrible swingy punches.

Here is an interview with a fighter who fought in the other two sparring videos, you can see him fighting at 2.20, in the video he says he fought in Thailand and talks of his experience in a Thai fighting camp.

This reminds me of my own Kyuk Too Ki (Korean Kickboxing/Muay Thai/Sanda) days and level, just replace the gis with a full-contact pants and shirt and add 14oz gloves.

When I got my black sash in it, I felt like a badass until a Muay Thaier with two years training used me as a punchingbag. Didn't do any stand-up for years and started after the first EuroMega with Muay Thai and Savate.
