I also make notes when I train, except I just call them "notes". I can't decide whether that means I lack imagination, or if I'm just less Film Noir than you are.
I would really enjoy seeing some of this ammo. Any chance you'd like to share? If you do not test yourself against the unknown, how can you truly know if the tools you possess actually work? -

You're a fucking dipstick, mate. Seriously, STFU. 'Stacking ammo', who the **** thinks **** like that? I'll tell you. Someone with zero idea of the fight game, that's who. Someone who theoretically thinks they know everything there is to know about fighting because they are deluded. You wouldn't know how to protect yourself with a condom, let alone in a street fight.
Take notes all you want, it'd be funny to see you apply your theoretical knowledge in reality. Make sure those knees are bent inwards, idiot. -

When I moved from wing chun to bjj I tried to take notes since I was used to taking notes in WC. After a couple classes I realized that there are such great books out there (i.e. Saulo's Jiu Jitsu University) that I don't need to take detailed notes every class. However I do add comments and notes to the various bjj books I have.
Keep in mind I suck so this should not be the standard new people use. :) -

on fitocracy (http://www.fitocracy.com/), you can log your workout to get exp points (to level up). Under each exercise, you can log notes. Some people use it just to post "oh I was tired on the last set so only did x reps" but if you wish, you can just log what you learned in class that day. Its a fun tool and we occasionally have contests and stuff on there (Pushup February.. Pullup May anyone?)
Personally, I keep a notebook and find the act of writing everything down (with diagrams) really helps me remember what I learned. -
