Yes, my notes, called "The battlefields of battlefields" is on here, in the Training Logs in the VIP section. Many members have one. Become a Supporting Member and you'll have the added benefit of members with much more experience than you giving tips and pointers on your notes. One of the best training tools I have, I reckon. I update mine every training with notes on the technique studied as well as notes on the free rolling, where I went wrong and what I did right.

I'm using Fitocracy to log my workouts and track them. We have a Bully group on there as well!
I also use a document to track cool techniques or things that I see on YouTube to work on for getting better and my next step in skill jumps! E.G. Link to vid, brief sentence or two on the technique, time marker for when I really need to pay attention to something like hand position etc.Last edited by Mr.Miyagi; 4/16/2012 12:23am at .

Other benefits of a Supporting Membership include personal massage therapist. She comes around every Tuesday, is relatively attractive in a pornstar type of way and only works her magic if I've been training, something to do with bullshido's Incentive Plan, bless you Phrosty. I don't know how she gets paid because my membership isn't that expensive, but she reckons that a "blowjob is the best form of relaxation" and she does get pretty damn relaxed around me.

I'm a lazy Apple geek, so I use some apps for technique, taping the instructions with my phone and have a training log here, but I don't describe lessons learned (takes too much time).
I use my training log more as an overview of general training and impressions, instead of going into the fine details of specific techniques. Remember that I tape it instead (unfortunally there's a silent agreement that none of the club post them on the internet).
