I think you posted the wrong video because all I got was 50+ seconds of audio clips from 300 and then soft core balloon fetish porn.

I don't expect a boxer to be impressed with balance that doesn't involve swiveling your head around like a tether ball. ;)

I don't think that's a joke at all. I've seen Frank Shamrock doing the same thing with a really serious expression on his face.

I too have seen people do similar exercises (I use that term loosely)

But they way he is training sprawling looking like he is trying to relocate his shoulder like in Lethal Weapon.

Ok so maybe Im a bit guilty on this one. I was turned onto using a swiss ball to help my balance, transitions and sprawl (which I still feel is horrendous) By a Purple belt at the gym because one day I remarked about the video where Galvao basically break dances on the back of Martin Saurez. He turned me onto it, I'll also do bench presses, push ups, crunches and such off of it in the living room because I dont have a bench. I dont use it a ton but it's a nice change of pace. And hey if it's good enough for Galvao to do its good enough for me.

But no Fuckin way would I try squats with weight like that on one of those things!!
