Why not go dark wash jeans and a casual sports coat? It's one of my favorite non-suite substitutes. It's casual with a hint of class.

As a professional clothing designer/producer/artist/whatever, I just want to express my utter disdain for and lack of interest in suits. For one, We've been wearing the almost the exact same damn outfits since the American Civil War:

And for two, that outfit is really fucking boring.

I'm also glad that vests are making a comeback.
Two buttons are great, peak lapel very classy. I enjoy the vest tie combo with a plaid shirt no coat, and dark wash jeans. (It's Texas, can't wear coat and vest unless it's the winter.)

Are you a slim, skinny, or full sized tie man?

Grab some class, and drop the chain links.

Go get a Slim cut, slim lapels, dark grey suit, a white shirt, and a slim navy tie with a silver tie clip and white pocket square. You'll love it, and people will love you in it.

I'm no fashionista, but I think suits are fucking boss. When I live somewhere somewhat less consistently brutally hot than Arizona I'll actually wear one.

I'd be generally interested, now without any LOLs, how you guys handle suits,
as guys who have a bigger than average frame.

Like, I like suits as much as anybody, but in them, I look like a minion in a James Bond movie.

Bigger than average, I'm assuming you mean portly or rotund?

3 button Pinstripe, ease up on the shoulder pads, stay away from side vents, italian style with a wider lapel, regular size tie, stick with charcoal or navy. White or Blue shirts. Throw in some cuff links and buy a nice watch, it'll help you look less villiany.

    Think this without the vest.

LMAO, SUIT UP!, I dig suits just don't have the ocasion to get to wear them that much. But super interest to see what recommendations Koresh makes.
