    This is his latest which is on kicking. It's pretty good. It is almost all the Krabi Karbong material, but how to work it out on the bag.

    Well, lonely dog finally put out another video. In this one, I especially like the bag drill with the sticks where you pull it in and knee the bag. Cool drills once again!

    Well, apparently the last one was more of a shoulder workout and not enough grip. So he posted a new one for grip. Personally I don't like this one as much, because the main thing I like about these videos is that they incorporate stick training into the workout. But I'll post it just in case anyone wants to see it.

    I'm consistently impressed by Guro Lonely's workouts, his backhand strike thing with the ball in the off-hand and his kicking vid have turned into bread-and-butter stuff for me.
