Here is his next one. It is Lifts and Takedowns with the stick. Pretty good stuff here. Kind of like a floor bag workout for sticks.

This one has a bunch of really good footwork drills in it. I do some similar to this already. But I like the way he has organized it.

I also liked in the latest of his videos how he incorporated the shadow-stick-boxing into his workout. I get a lot out of doing that in my workouts.

Style: Taekwondo/Eskrima--
Tinikling has somerthing to do with birds. Maybe the pattern is about birds or something. The tinikling bird would walk through the sticks or something...like the sticks represent like tall plants or something. Anyway Filipino cultural dances are fun. I know pandango sa ilaw too and can balance candles on my head haha.
I am a beginner eskrimador only though.
