    No I agree, I love fighting! But why cant we help others by waving the big fees, battered women and abused kids can't afford classes. I love sparing and all that but there is more to martial arts that just fight each other, yes?

    I guess there is the possibility that through taking part in a group activity like martial arts, a woman in an abusive relationship may start to develop the friends and support base she will need to break free of that relationship.

    Call me a cynic though, but I can't see a guy who is a member of the Black Dragon Fighting Society having the maturity to create an environment where that kind of thing is going to happen.
