Tips for grapplers to keep your neck injury free

    I could use some.

My neck is sore from going back to BJJ, I don't think it's anything harmful just that I am using it in a way that I haven't for some time. However I would like to avoid it becoming an issue and have to quite BJJ again.

Anyone have any good weight lifting or stretching techniques they want to share?

Use VERY light weights with a head harness to start if you decide to use weights. I recommend bands for neck strengthening.
