Met Benny at his seminar last Sunday. I won't lie and say I came across anything profound or spectacular. A little different take on footwork and a lot of philosophy I'm already well acquainted with were the order of the day.

Good to meet and train with a legend, but being a bit before my time, there wasn't much idolization on my behalf. Good for those older who grew up when he was fighting, and younger who might need that martial philosophy from a legend. I'll probably give the next one a miss.
