My point is your fat mates are probably pretty useless given that they are 25 stone and likely have minimal speed, agility and cardiovascular or muscular endurance, street fight or in a cage, someone who is puffing after 60 seconds because they have 25 stone of fat to carry round is gonna be pretty useless.
Ive seen plenty of street fights concluded because one of them has gassed.
Too many people seem to think that learning a martial art such as Wing Chun means they are so deadly that they do not have to worry about actually keeping their body in good shape. How many Shaolin Monks do you see walking about weighing 25 stone?
Fact is they are lazy.
Experience wins 99% of street fights. I think not. Technique, awareness and the physical attributes I named previously are what win street fights. -

There was this one incident where fighting between me and some asshole went back and forth for a good 10 minutes (and felt much longer).
But then, I did Shotokan-Karate at that time and my punches weren´t doing ****.
Still, streetfights may not take long, but do not fool yourself into thinking that one punch in the face does the trick. Neither does chain-punching.
Please, do yourself a favor, get a good friend and two mouthpieces and just spar. You will be surprised. -

This dude produced an amazing video of accidental comedy. He has a promotional vid for training online hosted at vimeo. It actually looks pretty good until he makes the mistake of pretending he knows how to grapple. Check out the 30 second mark where he demonstrations first day white belt mistakes.
