The only disappointing thing is he's a better shot than i am, so he's always got that on me!

Not sure if this has been posted but there is a movement to use lever actions as the new tactical rifles, due to restrictive gun laws of many states. It makes sense when semiauto rifles with detachable magazines are more or less illegal in your state if it has basically any military feature. Having a lever action, you lose out on the ability to switch out magazines quickly but you can still have everything else, flash suppressor, telescoping stock, pistol grip, vertical forward grip.. and be able to do follow up shots faster than a bolt action.

that being said, it still looks incredibly stupid and I think anyone would be better served with an SKS with stripper clips.
