Oh, let me be more clear. I'd only shoot him if he attacked me. Or if I needed to get rid of old ammo. Or if I was bored.

Just curious, what kind of neighborhood do you live in? I currently live in a place smack in the border of lower class white neighborhood, and industrial-commercial. Our block wedged in between, which is nicer, with a mix of first generation asian, russian and other east european immigrants. **** happens around outside the block but our block has been very quiet. I think all of my neighbors have a dog. I inadvertently 'patrol' the neighborhood when I go on my nightly jog with my dog. A guy cheating on his wife would definitely get noticed. I notice when the one bachelor neighbor has a girl over, because of the weird hour I choose to run (too friggin hot during the day)
