Photo Album posted

I just put up a bunch of pictures from my time at the Gilbert Velez dojo in Tucson from the early to mid-1980s. There's some from practice, and lots from some tournaments we participated in. There's even one with Ed Parker sitting and me in the back left.

I couldn't get the pics to sort by title, which would put them in proper order, but I hope you find them of interest, if only historically.

The album title is: Kenpo, Velez dojo, Tucson AZ

I went up to Pics here on BS and the title shows but it says zero pics are in it -- don't know what happened to the 57 I posted. So -- never mind, I guess. I'll go look around and see if I can figure out what happened to them all.

is what I found for a link. It dropped half the photos I tried to upload so there's only 12 that I can see. I tried adding some more but it didn't work. Maybe I'm trying to add too many at one time. I'll work on it some more, if you think it's of interest.

I got a few more up, including the one of me and Ed Parker, but I'm still having trouble getting them all to post. I'm working on getting the Weapons forms and the Sparring up. I'll let y'all know when they show up.

Okay, I got Weapons and Sparring up in the album, and they're a better size. I still can't figure out how to make them sort by title as each photo has a number (like Spar 1 Spar 2 etc) so they make sense.

Also, I discovered that if you go to Pics on the toolbar, the album is listed there.

This is all I have scanned right now. Everything else is on slides which are even more time-consuming to scan.

I had planned to do my BB these as a photo essay on The Making of a Black Belt, which is why I have so many photos.
