While you may hold onto it easier, it seems like a a regular tazer may give you a bit more range. What do you guys think?

I like the design, but it is pain-compliance only, and fully occupies the hand holding it.

Stun guns won't shock you if you're shocking someone and they decide to grab you. You only see multiple people being shocked when cops do taser demos, and there's an electrode at each end of the people.
