Agreed.

No claims whatsoever, although the guy who developed the program has been part of the UCLA martial arts community for decades it seems.

The nice value-add here is the instructor actually has a decent background in a lot of different disciplines, sport and traditional.

The wierdo posing for the thread is doing a single leg full pistol squat (except for the hand positioning) but he is using it for some yoga like pose. Aside from fighting, there might be some elements of something real but why bother.

Mark, is a kung fu brother of mine and I abhor net ghosts posting drek about people when they hide behind the laptop.

Mark and I share a Shuai Jiao lineage, his skills are very good.

How about you post up some photos of material you are presenting to people to help them train and get interested in better health and longevity?

Aside from fighting, there might be some elements of something real but why bother.

So, you didn't read the thread? It is noted that it is for exercise. Are you that asshole that stands outside of Bally's screaming "why are you lifting weights, it isn't about fighting, why bother?"

I agree the guy was an asshat with the comment, he damaged his online reputation, and you called him out in a forum type of way. But what's up with the use your real name and face the consequences? What are these consequences you speak of? Seems a bit over reactionary.
