    Twitches?

A few weeks ago, I started at a new school, and I train 6 days a week. Ever since I've started at this school, I've been getting twitches super frequently on my lower left eyelid, and sometimes on other parts of my body like my neck. I checked what the internet had to say about it, and it was kinda inconclusive (there were answers ranging from stress, to serious neural conditions). Just wondering if anyone else has had this? If so, what did you do about it, and what was the outcome?

Eat more bananas. Your body is probably low in potasium.

Just go see a fucking doctor already! If there's even a SLIGHT CHANCE of it being a serious neurological disorder, you want to get it diagnosed as early as possible. So quit the internet bullshit and go to an expert.

Yea, maybe I should, seeing as how it's free anyway.

If you have been smoking crack, stop.

Muscle twitches are usually a combination of dehydration, potassium deficiency, and severe crack inebriation.

Lay off crack, eat bananas, drink 4 quarts water daily, and lay off the crack.
I would liken it to the boxing or the muay thai of internal kung fu, even though that's like calling apples the oranges of the apple world. --WalkOn

That's just because as you're switching into your sleep state, you lose control over your motor functions. So if you're thinking of something, or starting to dream, you'll react a bit til you fall totally asleep. Happens to me too.
