    in response to the "muay thai will give old age"

    Is this true only if you plan on fighting full thai rules and train as much as the thai do?

    I think size is an issue. Speed VS Power, MT seems the quickest but "seems" to be best suited for smaller - lighter people.

    For some one as big and slow as me I prefer Karate. But if I had more time in my life I would love to do some MT.

    It's not, but on a commercial level it's probably the number one showcase for heavyweight MT fighters. That's why I used it as an example...dude.
