I'm not the only one who doesn't think Florida LEF processed things correctly.
Plenty of people in authority DO and ARE going through a big review of that right now, so whatever.

As to the gun...thats sort of a stupid question. They would take my gun if I had been the most ligitimate of good shoots. They would give me another of course, but taking the weapon is usually step #1 in a shooting investigation.
