I liked that. & before anyone says it, does it matter that he's black? No, it doesn't!

Pfffttt..."special prosecutor"....if you think there is any more to THAT than politics and PR you are fooling yourself.

You can educate yourself on what the feds are doing HERE. Which is pretty much staying out of a State Case... but doing a parallel investigation so as to appease people because the "Feds" are looking into it.

As this is going to Grand Jury (Florida Grand Jury) on April 10th:

    http://www.latimes.com/news/nation/n...,4927997.story

Things are proceeding much as I thought.

I said it before and I'll say it again. This DEMAND FOR AN ARREST is nothing but an emotional knee-jerk by people who are ignorant of what it means to put a felony case together.

I've never had my nose broken, but don't you go to the hospital to make sure you don't end up w/ a crooked nose? Is a little piece of supposed (flesh colored?) tape adequate treatment for a broken nose? Would this have bled most likely? I've been punched in the nose a bit, and it's bled, wouldn't something hard enough to break it also make it bleed profusely?

If he'd been knocked down, and was facing the teen (enough to shoot him in the chest), as he raised his head to look (and aim) if his broken nose was bleeding at all, it would have run onto his upper chest more than likely.

Maybe the cops used liquid skin on his headwound, and gave him a new undershirt, but ran out of stuff, so used clear tape to brace his broken nose that didn't bleed.
As someone who's had a broken and crooked nose, you really don't bleed much at all. Also I waited a couple of weeks before I got a doctor to fix it. Just a bit of perspective.

Yes, this was suggested long ago.

I was talking about the whole thing in general. One doesn't have to be losing their mind over this, to protest the prior lack of official action.

Among the key points in the report, the detectives claim it was actually prosecutors who advised them they did not have enough evidence to win a manslaughter conviction.

These people decrying a "lack of official action" would loose any case THEY would bring to trial if they were the people investigating a shooting like this.

Lack of an arrest by police on the spot is NOT an indicator of a cover-up...ineptitude...or anything else.

It's looking like people would be happier with an instant arrest than they would be with a conviction. Is our reality TV society really THAT nearsighted?

Wait What? Explain what you think you understand about the legal system and then tell me what you think should have happened.

    Hint:
I left a few links earlier some of you need to read. Stop reading Pro-Trayvon stories and READ ALL articles. Then I might stop calling some of you idiots.
