It is natural to fear falling. It is likely even an instinct. It takes practice to overcome that natural feeling and you can do that at home. The more time you can spend practicing your falls, the more you will reduce the fear level. If you put in your time with practice, you will begin to enjoy falling. It will become natural and enhance your enjoyment of Judo. You have likely been told all this before but being the master of the obvious is what I do.
