This tickles me immensely.
Jeff Foxworthy needs to come out with the martial line for his next billion. You might be a chunner if...
"If you stand with your feet pointed in on purpose standing square in a fight...you might be a chunner"
"If you have more blocks than a lego fortress, but no groundfighting beyond prayer...you might be a chunner"
"If you get wood, at the mention of gong sau, and your name isn't Rud, you might be a chunner"
Disclaimer: Probably a lot of chunners out there that could level me....but not with the chun. -

I agree with you BrotherDaniel
That is absolutely correct! By stepping in (most of the time, depending on the type of kick and your angle vs your opponents), you would definitely step in, which nullifies his kick. Or you can use a T-step, then an entry technique. Also, most of the time his hands are usually down or you can angle yourself on a 45 degree angle to the outside of the kicking leg, which is his blind side. As long as you go in with your hands up, you have quite a few options you can use such as a sweep/punches, trapping of the arm/punching or elbowing the face, Bil Gee(thrusting fingers),or even a palm strike or side palm strike to the face, side of the neck or throat, depending on the severity of the threat.
