OMD use acupuncture and chinese herbs to help facilitate a healing response for the person affected.

Its a 3-4 year program that is very demanding. We are trained in Western Pharmacology and Physiology, Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry, Physics, Anatomy and Physiology, as well as all the Chinese Medicine material.

    It is not easy.

    Kettlebell training

Ftr, I wasn't trying to "disprove" it, I just basically wanted more info. I been kinda busy, so I'm not outting as much thought into some of these posts as I should be. This is an area that actually deeply interests me, I just don't know where to begin finding info on it. I've spent some time searching through past threads and haven't had much luck getting any specifics about this.

I like Pavel's in depth description of technique and theory but at times he can offer too many options for a beginner. I need a structured kb routine to follow once I finish the Anthony Dilugio workbook. I forget what he suggests to do next after finishing the 11 week program but I'm open to ideas. I like programs like stronglifts that tell me what to do, when to increase difficulty, and when to switch it up and what to switch it up with.
The answer to your question begins with this question. What are your goals?

1st priority is rehab my knee to 100% it's coming along well and I credit the kettlebell for helping me get this far. I feel like it's helped me worked my atrophied leg without the stress squats or other weights may have put on my patella. In addition i'd like to work back up to a good level of endurance. Maybe put on a little muscle mass and lower my body fat a little, not that i'm chubby by any means that's me in my avatar.

In a nutshell I want all around fitness and athleticism from a workout. Hypertrophy and strength aren't purely my goals but are a bonus of a good routine.

Sonnon posted a pretty interesting kettlebell program not too long ago. Its a no frills deal but it might get you off on the right track with your goals.

My vote for general kettlebell progression is Kettlebells from the Ground Up followed by Kettlebells from the Center, both done by Gray Cook and Brett Jones. No, I don't get paid to say so, but I wish I did.
