Yes they teach the 8 Ways of Mudo. But no recent takers doesn't mean they haven't had success in the past and can't do it still. I plead the fifth. :)

Have you tried asking them what 1 fighter they have ever taken to the ring?Can they name one? Success would require them to have actually competed orproduced someone who has competed.

I would bet they have 0.

You can plead the 5th all you want, this isn't a court, but if they don'tfollow their own moral code I would have to wonder what else they choose to lieabout.

She isn't just drinking the kool-aide she is swimming in it at the same time. She has three threads and we are waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay past the "just have fun" point. She has already played the gender card.

Guess we just have to wait for her to go through the "Awakening" stage. This could be a long wait.

Call it like you see it! I played the gender card because I think you guys were getting the impression that I was a big burly mean meat head lol. And I was astounded that someone would, after my two very first posts ever offer to kick my ass like some dude in a bar! lol Rest assured I don't want or need watered down training because of my gender, or special treatment here. It was dishonor all the kick ass women doing their thing well, like Rene.

I'll try to lay off the kool-aid. This place is great coffee to my kool-aid and I'm getting solid advice.

Also, I don't have to agree with how my GM puts himself out there or does his thing to get great training off of him... it's a personal choice that suits me for the moment even though it pains me to see some things sometimes. Just know that there are others there that follow the code to a tee. Including the honesty and respect part, even it's not reciprocated..

We've all been there in one form or another. For me it was with JJJ and i even went as far as to spout "too deadly for sparring" rubbish so there is still hope for you yet.
