My favourite is the single leg, along with the tree top variation.
My training partners has been earning some frequent flyer points due to that variation lately, particularly the noobs who see the 6ft+ tall blue belt brothers and try to do what they do: footsweeps.
Then they get paired up with a 180-lb yellow belt who is does squats as if they were girls, and viola. -

Its actually funny how many times I've treetopped. Whats your favorite set up for it? Mine is underhook with head inside (forehead to temple) control. The single is right there if you do it right. Just drop, left the leg, and treetop. Lol Its also funny how you mention you're over six feet, so am I. I think treetop works best for tall guys.

I think you misunderstood me. I am that 180 lbs yellow belt. I'm not one of those blue belt bros.
Clarification: noob turns up at my club, starts training; in his impressionable noobness, sees the blue belt bros (6ft 3in and 6ft 4in, natural athletes with awesome footwork) pulling off the sweeps thanks to their insane timing skills and general tallness/athletic ability. Basically, these techs suit them.
I'm 5' 9.5" (very short where I live) noob is 5' 11" or 6ft tall (average where I live). Noob sees the bros pulling off the sweeps on shorter guys, looks at me and thinks: "Hey, they do this on guys shorter than them, so I can do this to him."
All this, while not taking into account the bros' abilities and the years of practice they've put in.
Noob asks me for randori (sparring), I take a wide stance (knowing exactly what he's gonna do), and he tries to sweep. I move away, pull him in, his leg misses, I grab his leg (yes tech lawyers, Judo rules suck), and either turn the corner or secure the other leg and trip.
Ownage.
And yes, I do like doing barbell squats.
