There is NO WAY any small claims court will uphold a contract with a martial arts school that is impossible to cancel. No way. Just order a stop payment and tell them to eat a dick, they're trying to **** you over. Better yet, tell your dad to do it, since apparently he signed the thing.

My contract is not up. To further clarify, I trained there for a year, and then I did the "upgrade for sparring" contract. I have 10 months left out of a 15 month contract. It might end up being 2 years, because of my wrestling injuries they keep tacking on "free training time."
