    Fixed. Our image auto-sizer script killed the link so it's now just in the post.

    Portions of the section on running are somewhat outdated. The heel strike is bad for most people's knees, and almost ruined mine completely.

    If you like to read about tough guy workouts, you're better off with the foreign legions routine.
    no idea if they published it online though.

    It worked good for me. I mostly just enjoyed reading the reasons for the different workouts. The way they talk to you about keeping the mission in mind, and different things that could be required. That's good stuff!
