What are your fitness related goals for 2012? Try to be specific.
Mine are as follows:
1. Achieve a full range one arm chinup, one arm headstand pushup, horizontal flag.
2. Achieve front split both sides.
3. Get a full range pistol with 32kg each leg.
* Need to figure out some endurance related goals.

What do you mean by a pistol with weight on each leg? You talking actual ankle weights?

Style: mostly BJJ with some Judo
get my olympic lifting total up to 550+lbs at a BW of 230-240 ( i am at 500 at 249 )
i figure a snatch of 231 lbs and a clean and jerk of 319 lbs would be about right ( current lifts are 209lbs and 290lbs )
might also start doing some serious kettlebell work too.....good for CV and general sport specific strength stuff
MA wise......compete in a few Judo tourneys and do at least one BJJ tourney this coming year ( i am already in Judo training and am at the mercy of my instructors as to when they let me loose and i start BJJ next Tuesday :-) )

Style: Aikido and Iaijutsu
For my fitness goals, I am starting off with a simple routine. I am starting off easy and simple because I have not worked out in some time and am in bad shape. Also, I have asthma, so I will need to take it easy at first. I want to lose the belly and get so I can run without my asthma killing me. In a few years, I want to be in good enough shape to do free running.
My current "routine" consists of sets of 10-15 push ups, 20-30 sit ups combining crunches and leg lifts, and 20-30 weightless squats. Some nights I'll do only one set, other nights I will do two. I am trying to pace myself because I have a tendency to push too quickly.

Get back up to 300 on the APFT
Learn the full range of crossfit exercises (already doing the bodyweight stuff)
Stick with Judo and compete at least twice

full front lever for at least 5 second hold
30 wide grip pullups
Train more in BJJ (currently 2-3x a week, increase to 3-4x)
Stop sucking at Judo (work on kazushi!!)
Run another half marathon (or go for a full marathon)

I have flexible arms, but very inflexible legs...
I'm aiming for box-splits this year, on the basis that if I make an effort, any failure will still mean improvement.
