    Book Recommendation

"The Book of Muscle" by Ian King.

Very informative (and I mean very) about how muscles work, nutrition, and how to build mass or get lean.

What's nice about the book is that it adds a slightly different method of dividing exercises. Rather than simply using chest, back, biceps, etc., it uses terms such as horizontal pushing, horizontal pulling, verticle pulling, etc. For example, a seated shoulder press is a vertical pushing exercise, which targets the shoulders, triceps ant traps.

Check it out at your local bookstore. You've gotta love no pressure shopping.

Just go to barnes and noble or Books-a-million and read a little of it for free. If you like it, save for it. If not, at least you spent nothing.
