Bert Mackey aka Bullshido's/Judoforum's own Judoratt. Interestingly the first version he shows is what is known at my old club as the 'wrong roll' because its the Neil Adams Juji roll done without the correct Neil Adams figure 4 control.
Given that its Bert, though, I'm pretty confident that he only did the 'wrong roll' to illustrate the turnover process being done over uke's head. Rather than to denigrate the Adams style figure 4 dependent turnover.
However, its worth pointing out that I have seen in person and on the interwebs countless examples of the 'wrong roll' being passed off as the Neil Adams Juji roll. If you're doing the Neil Adams Juji roll without securing the figure 4 control before rolling you're doing it wrong and need to read this thread:
http://thedifficultway.blogspot.com/...ll-hidden.html
However, Bert Makcey isn't showing the Neil Adams juji roll, he's showing a different technique, so don't take this as a criticism of Bert Makcey's teaching, because its not.
