Did 50 reg and 50 hindu pushups today.
I'm in. 15 pushups every hour till the fifteenth. Then what are we doing?

Any PT guys know how frequently pushups cause muscular embalances? Or what kind of problems over training pushups can cause?
I've seen a few programs to reach the 100 rep mark but I would think the time it take to reach that point could be better spent on other exercises.
We've got 6 now, but room for more you fucking pussies!

I always just listen to my body on those types of things. I'm getting too old to stay on them for too long. So when I get to the point where I'm sore all the time and not getting any recovery, I take a break or move onto something else.
