    For the same reason you see plenty of women (and guys) sticking thier ass in the air, tipping thier center of gravity up.

    Get some pushup handles, they will solve your problem! I've got two sets of perfect pushup handles. One set at home and one set at work. Dumbells work, or even stacking up a couple books and letting your hands hang off the books with only your palms on the books.

    So I guess you can figure out that pushups are one of my favorite exercises!!

    I get wrist pain too when I use flat palms, so I've moved to strictly doing knuckle pushups. I get no pain with knuckle pushups.

    I think we need to up the anti...15 per hour until the 15th, then increase as per the date...takers?

    I would be down for that, but I value sleep to much! No way I'm waking up every hour to do 15 pushups! I would be a zombie by the end of the month!
