Is this guy stuck on himself or what? I really hope Davis puts a beating on him. Unfortunately, I see Evans winning but still...
I don't mind a guy wanting to be the best but to act like you're going to be the best of all time is folly.

I've always thought of Rashad as having a certain level of humility. I mean, he talks his fair amount of ****, but that goes with the archetype doesn't it? I didn't see anything in his quotes that are really any different in magnitude than what flies out of the mouths of most any other UFC fighter. Really and truly, I think he's humble compared to some of them. IMO, if you want to be remembered for making advancements in life, and you have the scruples to back it up, more power to ya.

How can you possibly feel that Rashad is humble or "has humility"?? He does nothing but run his jaw...and obviously matches it with his fists

You mean Rashad thinks he's the best and is gunning to go out and BEAT the best!? A UFC FIGHTER!?
SAY IT ISN'T SO!!!

What's wrong with a man having some ambition? Leave him alone.

Dude, most of them do that. It goes with the territory. You've got a point though... He's probably not as humble as say, Anderson Silva, but ****... that guy can barely speak English.

Despite his successes, I just don't see Evans as on that immortal level yet. I was impressed by his win on saturday, despite it being a decision over a relatively unseasoned opponent. I just felt Davies was an extremely athletic and talented opponent that would overwhelm him, but Evans proved me wrong both on the feet and on the ground. I'll be rooting for both him and Jones when the title shot comes around.
As for him being stuck on himself, he is taking himself seriously. He has goals and the drive to get to those goals. If he wants to become a God amongst men, then by golly let him try.

What? That's not how rooting works.
Unless you are one of those pussies who's rooting for a non-violent, indescisive draw, as long as they both tried their best, and that alone is good enough... ?

If he could just con his way into only fighting guys of the caliber of Tito Ortiz all the time, he might have a chance! XD

I was going to say, "Wait... what?" until I saw the rest of this statement. I don't think Silva is humble at all. His words say one thing, but his actions in the ring say something else entirely. I think it's a language barrier issue that his egotism doesn't come through.
