Yes, I found it strange as well. Yet, I'm in America and thought the resources weren't as readily available.
No, it didn't make sense, but oh well. They day I started back to school I had access to JSTOR, MLA International Bibliography, WorldCat and EBSCOhost just to name a few.
I'll have to chek into Athens that's one I haven't used.
