The other thing about SL5x5 is he says if you only have very limited time, just do the squats to see slow results.

I think that was just the hook to get people started and then the desire to see more results should motivate people to dedicate more time.

I try and do one session in the morning and one at lunchtime. I quite often chuck some TRX and Vipr in as I get bored just doing weights.
There are two things that could use some clarification here:
    1) What are your goals?
    2) What SPECIFICALLY are your time constraints?

The problem was that due to work time constraints I don't get the time to do a single good session but had to do shorter sessions to fit around work

For the weight training must for those who want to become a good presenter must be join the gym club where they can easily take the training by all means so this is the best route for those who wanna to become able coach for running the club.

Goals - overall body conditioning, not interested in looking like a body builder, I'm mainly interested in fitness for MA's. I also do a lot of cardio (running/cycling - 5-6 days per week which works out as 30-60 minutes of running per day or 2.5 hours of cycling per day)

Time constraints are around work/family life, as mentioned I run/cycle into work, I get about 30 minutes in the gym before work and half hour at lunchtime hence having two sessions. Evenings are difficult as quite often I end up working from home in the evenings.

Sometimes I get time at the weekends but I try to tend to max time with the family then as I don't see a lot of them in the week.
