Style: Karate--
Goals - overall body conditioning, not interested in looking like a body builder, I'm mainly interested in fitness for MA's. I also do a lot of cardio (running/cycling - 5-6 days per week which works out as 30-60 minutes of running per day or 2.5 hours of cycling per day)
Time constraints are around work/family life, as mentioned I run/cycle into work, I get about 30 minutes in the gym before work and half hour at lunchtime hence having two sessions. Evenings are difficult as quite often I end up working from home in the evenings.
Sometimes I get time at the weekends but I try to tend to max time with the family then as I don't see a lot of them in the week.
