Kinda late in chiming in on this, but you can make kevlar slash and stab resistant. Its all about how the kevlar is made. Kevlar can be a hard composite for a aircraft body, sheets of flexible fabric for a bulletproof vest, etc. But I highly doubt you can make it have both ballistic resistance and stab resistance, if either, in a package that small.
This is retarded though. I bet even a .22 short will go right through it. Even .32acp. The material isn't thick enough. -
