Sounds ridiculous on paper, but the guy is still alive so I guess you're right.

When life gives you lemons... BLOOD FOR THE BLOOD GOD!!

"what's the best thing about aikido then?"

Kinda late in chiming in on this, but you can make kevlar slash and stab resistant. Its all about how the kevlar is made. Kevlar can be a hard composite for a aircraft body, sheets of flexible fabric for a bulletproof vest, etc. But I highly doubt you can make it have both ballistic resistance and stab resistance, if either, in a package that small.

This is retarded though. I bet even a .22 short will go right through it. Even .32acp. The material isn't thick enough.

    Greeting's,

thank you for the concern, but

we stand behind our products. the skill level in applying martial art ability is not what we are marketing, that has to do with the individual. What we are saying is that this is what it can do, whether one has the capacity or ability is up to them, this is really a ceremonial or conversation piece. I would not suggest the usage in a live situation. However " a drowning man will reach for any piece of wood that happens to be by them "

You should ask them if they would 'literally' stand by their product.

Or we should set up a fake police departnemt or security firm, and order like 10 of these for evaluations, and mention that we hope it meets warranty of specific purpose requirements.
