    I carry a bottle with me. It works great on places that a traditional band-aid wouldn't stay or that you get wet, and has an anti-septic in it as well. It does burn like hell and stinks of cloves.

    The pain wouldn't be the problem but if it stinks I don't want to use it while rolling (don't want to annoy anyone of my training partners). Thanks for the heads-up though.

    This is what I use as well, very good stuff and stays on pretty well.

    You squeeze them really hard until an inner bag of water (I think it's water anyways) bursts, which mixes with chemicals in the outer bag, and presto, it's cold in seconds.
