Back when i had my delusions, i was training at least 5 days per week.
That made for a minimum of 10 classes a week, not including running and swimming etc.

Oh and OP, you suck really bad.
Rurikgreenwolf has a better leg kick than you do.
If you're not trolling, you need much help...

I've been a pro fighter. Endurance is everything. If you can only train 5 times per month it everything else should be going to accomplish increasing strength, endurance- cardio and muscle.

Let me retract my previous statement and replace it with this:

    Don't go amateur.

Not at 5 times a month. You don't train enough, period, to fight in a competition. There is no substance to any of your stuff. Amateur fighters these days train 5 times a week at least, and likely do extra conditioning besides that.

I sparred for the first time in 3 years last Thursday and I moved better, hit harder and lasted longer than you and I sure as hell know I am not anywhere near ready for a match. Hatake you cannot take a verbal beating on a forum how do you expect to fair against someone who trains literally 10 times harder and more often than you do? If you step in the ring with your current skills and conditioning I'd bet on anyone against you. Want some advice? Here it is.

    1. If you want to go pro than you need to be in the gym training 5 days a week MINIMUM. If you cannot do this than quit now.
    2. Get thee to conditioning. Hill sprints, jumping rope or being chased by angry dogs. I don't care what you do but you need conditioning BADLY.
    3. Drop the ego. You suck balls pal. Just the fact that you would think anyone would be impressed with that piss poor sparring you posted shows how far you are up your own ass. The sooner you except this the sooner you can work on getting better. Be humble until you can prove your worth in the ring.
    4. People on bullshido are blunt assholes but they are almost always right. There is more experienced advice available to you here than almost anywhere else and its free if you can take it. So don't waste it.

I would have thought that until I read his further responses after you first posted.
That's why I initially chose to mention his corner's screw up.
If it was a "screw up" hence my comments after reading his continued replies.

    Hatake88,

some tips first learn to protect your face, your entire posture shows that you hardly defend when attacking my advice on this buy another 5 lessons card and spar but this time put a tennis ball under your chin.

    and focus on one two''s
it better to sparr and throw 10 good one two''s and maybe follow up with a kick
then 100 single attacks make this you mindset

be smart when you go sparring make a plan instead of thinking about winning and striking as much as possible try to stick with one or two things this way you''ll force yourself into figuring out what really works for you most of the time

    hope that helps
also do take the other people here so serious they might sound arrogant sometimes
but many people on this forum are very skilled fighters and know a lot
try to see it from their side
you posted a video of you sparring of course they are going to say what they think of it.

    keep working and train smart
