I cut down and trim trees around powerlines in the bush. This means I pretty much get to run my own race.
Sometimes fallen trees need to be moved from under the powerlines, so I'll cut appropriate sized logs then deadlift it. I then carry it while doing curl type movements then overhead press. When I reach the 18 metre mark I throw it as hard as I can.
Also sprints with branches, over uneven terrain. That's all I've been able to come up with so far...

I work at a navy helicopter squadron with an amateur mma fighter. We always go the gym and roll or do some light sparring with 16oz, or focus mitts or something.Part of being in the military is youre given time during working hours to maintain physical readiness. Besides that everyone is always wrestling around so I get to choke out my subordinates all the time.

I used to have plenty of time to practice things when I was working security. I was doing a graveyard shift patrol job, so my boss was asleep when I was working and there was never really anybody around. I used to practice my FMA with my patrol maglite. Mostly to pass the time, because it was a really boring job. Now that I have a desk job, not so much, but I always do something active for my lunch hour, sometimes including martial arts stuff at the local park. Since I've been doing the office job thing, my training has become more focused with less dicking around, since my time is more limited.

Random attacks on fellow co-workers will inspire your office to become more training friendly.

I am a supervisor at a bank call center. I'm pretty sure if I started doing Uchi Mata drills HR might call me in for creating a hostile work environment.

Sometimes I miss working at a knife/sword shop....

You just have to frame it right. "Congratulations for doing such a good job...here is your Uchimata award."

No real place to do any training while at work, cept during my lunch break. I'll go for a walk / run in the downtown area or stretch out.

My office is 90% IT people from India, and their standard self defense technique would be to inform me that this is not the proper behavior.
