    I'm rapidly becoming disillusioned with the tournament scene. I made it to state this year and I really didn't understand the grading systems for the forms. Also when I got around to the point fighting we had five false starts because the judges weren't paying attention.

    The truth of the matter is that it doesn't matter what sport you get into (Especially martial arts) you're never going to get around that. Have fun with whatever you're doing.

    I just got hired to teach at my MMA gym, I start in February. So yes I get to train at work as often as I like.

    I work in IT, so some days in front of a computer/server for 7-9 hours (sometimes more) a day. So I do kata in our office, as part of Health & Safety I get away from the screen every 30 mins or so :)
