I'm guessing this is the same deal they were running here last Sept (a few lines down the page):

I'd probably have signed up but I missed the start by a couple of weeks. Is it a standardised course nationwide? -

You can always just go along and start Judo anytime. This course is just to act as an encouragement.
Its not a standardised course, as far as I'm aware, the content and structure is left up to individual coaches.
They're rotating it around the country and various clubs. The first incarnation had a different set of clubs involved. Although admittedly no clubs from the North East.
Maybe your club could get in contact with the BJA and volunteer to be part of the next round. -

I'm already with the BJA so am paid up and suited up but want to just add how much of a bargain £60 is. If anyone is thinking of getting started and has one of the above clubs near them DO IT, it's a steal.
"Won't fight me in the ring? Don't fight me on the street."
Paraphrased from Bullshido.
"You can't judge Martial Arts until you feel the joy of kicking someone in the face and not go to prison for it."

So if you've ever thought about trying Judo out, but have hesitated and live near one of these clubs. Then you no longer have any excuses.
If you don't live near one of these clubs, fear not, there will be further rounds of beginner courses later in the year and at different locations. -
