It all depends on how you store it. A gallon can be kept in smaller bottles that can be put into dry, dark cool cabinets.
I have many customers who put a bottle in the fridge and another bottle at room temp. They use the cold jow for new acutre swollen injuries and the room temp for older chronic injuries.
As long as you have it sealed and airtight it should last.
Also you can buy a gallon and then sell some to your friends. Nothing wrong with that.
